Growing up in the natural beauty of the California coast, my mother instilled in me the importance of nurturing yourself - body, mind, and soul.

I grew up watching her take time to rest and reset - prioritizing her physical health, spiritual wellness, skin and bodycare.

My mother taught me that beauty comes from within, and it starts with how we speak to ourselves and take care of our bodies. She has endlessly inspired me by how she shows up for herself and in turn can show up wholy for those she loves.

My dad instilled in me that anything is possible when you follow your heart and inspired me to have the confidence to always take the risk and try.
