When logged into your Insider account, click on the rewards widget located on the bottom right-hand corner of the page. You will be able to access your points there. You can also see them when logged into your account on the account page.

Points earned can be redeemed and applied towards your purchases. How do I join The Beauty Way Points Program?

Just create a customer account on our website—it's free and automatic! Once you're logged in, you'll start earning points for every eligible action you take.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in several nourishing ways simply by engaging with The Beauty Way. Every time you make a purchase, leave a verified product review, celebrate your birthday, refer a friend, or follow us on social media, you’ll receive points as a thank-you for being part of our community. There are even more ways to earn—just click on the Rewards widget to view the full list and start collecting your glow-up gifts.

When do my points appear in my account?

Points from purchases usually appear right after your order is confirmed.

For product reviews, points are added once your review is verified (usually within 24–48 hours). Referral points are added after your friend completes their first purchase.

When do my points expire?


Points expire 12 months after your last activity, such as placing an order or earning points through another action. We'll send you a reminder before they expire so you don’t miss out.

What happens to my points if I return a product or cancel an order?


If a product is returned or an order is canceled, any points earned from that order will be automatically deducted from your points balance.

How can I change my account information?


You can update your email, password, or contact info by logging into your account and visiting the Account Settings page.
